Getting started
If you've received your song, listened and it's nearly perfect but there's just one or two small things you'd like changed, you're in the right place. It's totally normal to feel like your song is almost there but not quite yet. Here's how to fix it.
Special alert: If you haven't received your song yet, don't worry! You'll receive it within 4-7 days of placing your order.
How to request revisions
Once your song is delivered, you'll find a link to download it in your email. Below the player on your song page, you'll see a 'Request Revisions' button. Clicking this will open a form where you can tell us exactly what you'd like changed. Please be as specific as possible so our artists can get it right the first time.
Please note that you have 30 days to request a revision once the order is delivered for approval. We'll send you reminders before that happens.
What you can revise
Our goal is to make sure you're happy with your song. We offer one round of complimentary revisions for all songs. This round can include any of the following:
What's included:
- Small lyric adjustments or corrections
- Adjustments to the tempo or rhythm of the song
- Slight changes to the melody or vocal performance
- Mixing adjustments (e.g., making the vocals louder or softer)
What's not included:
- A complete rewrite or re-recording of the song
- Changing the genre or style of the song after it's been produced
- Adding additional instruments or vocalists not originally requested
- Significant changes to the core structure of the song
If you're looking for more significant changes, please reach out to our support team and we'll see what we can do. Additional fees may apply for more extensive revisions.
Revise until it's right
We want you to love your song, so we offer up to two rounds of revisions. The first round is always free, and if you still need a few more tweaks after that, you can request a second round for a small fee. We've found that 95% of our customers are happy after the first round of revisions, but we're here to help if you need a little more.
We do our best to ensure that every song is a masterpiece, but because art is subjective, there's always a chance our vision won't perfectly match yours. That's why we offer these revision options. Our goal is to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your song, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Please note that each round of revisions can take up to 3-5 business days to complete. We'll notify you via email as soon as your revised song is ready for review.
Your 30-day window
Once your song is delivered, you'll have a 30-day window to request your first round of free revisions. After that, the revision period will close, and any further requests will be subject to our standard revision fees. This window helps us ensure that our artists can stay focused on creating new songs while still providing timely revisions for our existing customers.
- Day 1-30: Free revision window is open
- Day 31+: Revision window closes, standard fees apply
- All revision requests must be submitted through the online form
